Return Policy
Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser within 14 days of delivery.
Returns must be sent with return label obtained from Mahogany House within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Our return policy applies all purchases made directly on our website (MyMahoganyHouse.com) with exception to limited release and/or seasonal items.Â
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
We will facilitate the shipping process and deduct the cost of shipping from the refund amount.

14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for all eligible items. This means you must initiate your return by contacting us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. You will then have 7 days from the date you receive the label to ship the item back to us. Please note that the 7-day return window will not end before the original 14-day return period.
For example, if you initiate a return on the 13th day after receiving your order, you will still have the full 7 days from the date you receive your shipping label to send the item back.
Returns received outside this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund. In this case, the cost of return shipping of the item back to the customer, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Third-party Services
The full amount you pay for shipping is paid to USPS to fulfill your order. Therefore, we are unable to refund shipping costs associated with orders or provide refunds for orders that are not received due to issues with shipping. If you encounter issues with the delivery of your package, please reach out to USPS, with your tracking number, first. If you are unable to resolve you issue with USPS, please reach out to us at Orders@MyMahoganyHouse.com.

Return Policy for Limited Release/Seasonal Items
Due the seasonal and limited release nature of our special product drops, these items are not eligible for the 14-day "Love It or Send It Back"Return Policy. We will replace or refund seasonal and limited release items that arrive damaged.
