Domestic Shipping (United States-only) for Candles, Accessories and Scented Products.

At this time, we only ship candles to the continental United States. Please see additional details.
Carrier: All candle products will be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage.
Processing Time: Orders of currently in-stock products are processed within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping can take 3-7 business days.

Shipping Rates:
- All candles are shipped with USPS to provide consistent and cost effective shipping method for all customers. Costs are dependent on changes to the cost of USPS Ground Advantage shipping. 

  • Orders $100 and above are eligible for Free shipping
  • **Tracking:** You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Returns on Candle Products:

We offer an industry best return policy that allows you to burn and return if you are not satisfied. See return policy for more details. 


Apparel Products

We offer a limited range of made to order apparel, tote bags and mugs designed by us!
Carrier: These apparel products are created once you order and are shipped directly from our print partner.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping can take 5-10 business days.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items.
Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.

Returns on Apparel Products: Due to custom nature and additional expense related to returns of apparel products, we only offer returns for specific apparel products. See return policy for more details. 

Additional Information
Order Confirmation: Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
Order Updates: You will receive updates via email on the status of your order, including when it has been shipped.
Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is missing or lost, and you have received tracking info updates, please contact USPS Within 30 days of the expected delivery to resolve the issue. If you are unable to resolve the issue with USPS, please reach out to returns@mymahoganyhouse.com. Provide you name, address, order number, and a copy/screenshot of your correspondence with USPS.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to return@mymahoganyhouse.com with your name, address, order number, and a photo of the damaged item & the packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
