    Tickets for this event are fully refundable up to 48 hours prior to the event.


    Within 48 hours of the event, funds can only be converted to an electronic gift card and sent to the purchaser’s email.

    On Time arrival

    Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start times.

    Guests who arrive more than 20 minutes late will not be permitted to participate and will have their funds placed on an electronic gift card and emailed to the original purchaser.

    On-time arrival is required to keep the instructor on schedule and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all guests, including those attending subsequent classes.

    What happens if I am running late?

    Classes are intended to begin at their scheduled times.

    Guest who arrive more than 20 minutes late to their schedules class will NOT be allowed to participate and will receive an electronic gift card with the purchase amounted added.

    What’s included in the candle-making class?

    Each session includes all materials needed to create your own luxury candle. Premium coconut apricot wax, a wide fragrance selection, a choice of vessels, and guidance from our team.

    Guests also enjoy complimentary refreshments and in-store discounts on all products

    How long does the class last?

    Depending on the size of the group, classes last about 1.5 - 2 hours. We keep it relaxed and social, so you can sip, chat, or explore our other local businesses while your candle sets.

    Are these events BYOB?

    Yes! Our classes are BYOB-friendly, so feel free to bring wine, champagne, or light bites (sorry no spirits). We also provide drink-ware to help you enjoy the evening.

    Do I need a reservation, or can I walk in?

    We require all tickets to be purchased 24hrs. in advanced to guarantee space for your entire party.

    Can I book a private or group event?

    Absolutely! When you book ahead with 6 or more guests, we close the class and the shop to your group. We host private candle experiences for birthdays, girls’ nights, team-building, and date nights.

    Our candles and made with a blend of coconut based waxes that are natural and free of parabens and phthalates.
