Private Candle Making Experiences

Private Candle Making Experiences are available for groups of 8 or more guests (maximum 10).

To reserve a private session, a deposit equal to 4 tickets (purchased together) is required at the time of booking. This deposit secures your selected date and time exclusively for your group.

Deposit

• The first 4 tickets act as your deposit
  
• These tickets must be purchased together to secure your reservation
  
• The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 days before the event
  
• Within 7 days of the event, the deposit converts to store credit issued via electronic gift card in the event of a cancellation
  

Additional Ticket Purchases

• A minimum of 8 total tickets must be purchased no later than 7 days before the event
  
• All tickets (including deposit tickets) are fully refundable up to 7 days prior to the event
  
• Within 7 days of the event, tickets convert to store credit only, issued via electronic gift card in the event of a cancellation
  

We recommend coordinating ticket purchases early to avoid confusion and ensure your group minimum is met.

Group Minimum Requirement

If the required minimum of 8 tickets is not purchased at least 7 days prior to the event:

• Your private booking will be automatically canceled and your purchase price will be fully refunded

How to Request a Refund

All cancellation requests for refunds must be submitted 7 days prior to the event via email to:

Event Updates

In the rare event that Mahogany House must cancel a class, we will notify you as soon as possible via email and phone (if provided) and offer rescheduling options or a full refund.

Classes begin promptly at their scheduled start times.

Guests who arrive more than 30 minutes late to their private group class will not be permitted to participate and will have their funds placed on an electronic gift card and emailed to the original purchaser.

On-time arrival is required to keep the instructor on schedule and ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for all guests, including those attending subsequent classes.
